Pick Up, Delivery, Shipping & Returns

 

We offer Free Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery (within Rapid City City-Limits)

Orders are usually ready 5-7 days after it has been received. 

Curbside pickup is between the hours of 10:30am and 4:00pm. Local delivery is between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00pm Monday thru Friday and Occasionally on Saturdays between 10:00am - 2:00pm. 

If you need your order outside of these times please email me, I try my best to accommodate all requests. 

If you need a rush order on a cake or special order, please email me to verify if I am able to complete your order in time. 
We ship to physical addresses and USPS mailboxes. 

We currently do not ship internationally.

We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 hours after purchase. Orders received during weekends or holidays are typically shipped within the next business week.

All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS, and are typically received within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on your contact preferences, we will send you an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns
What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of being received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange, or store credit (postage not included).

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. However, we do offer an exchange (if your dog does not like the flavor of treats, we will gladly exchange them for another flavor). Likewise, we do not accept returns for purchases made via our retail partners.


What about if the product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.


How to return products
Please email us at cindysk9treats@gmail.com to let us know the reason for the return. We will email you back within 24 hours to discuss how the return will be handled (Curbside or Shipping) and if we will be doing a refund or exchange. You are welcome to bring the item back to the store if needing an exchange or refund and used our Free Curbside Pickup or Free Local Delivery. Please note we do not pick up returns.
